Men of Faith meets weekly on Friday morning at 6:00am
Christ the King Family Life Center
We form men into disciples of Jesus, through Encounter, Worship, and Witness.
We break bread together. We learn more about our faith, exercise our minds and challenge our spirits as we put what we heard into daily application.
What Do We Do?
We are men who perceive the hunger in our hearts for greater communion with God and the Holy Catholic Church, through Jesus Christ.

Encounter
To be a disciple means to know and trust Jesus, to know what he teaches and strive to follow it, and to be able to describe all of this in a personal way. We all have our own stories, and we share our experiences with Jesus with one another. It is through these encounters that we discover Jesus. We help each other to become familiar with the Gospel message of Jesus, and to speak about it in a personal and compelling way.

Worship
As Men of Faith, we are becoming more active participants in the Church. We are gaining a greater understanding of the Sacraments and the Liturgy. It leads us to a deeper appreciation of the richness of our Catholic faith and a greater love for the Eucharist.

Witness
As disciples we feel compelled to share Jesus’ life and love, to spread the Good News, and to build the Kingdom of God. It’s why He created us!
"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you." - Matthew 28:18-20

Every Friday morning at 6:00 AM at the Christ the King Family Life Center. The formal program wraps up between 7:15AM and 7:30AM, leaving plenty of time for your morning work commute.

No. Men from various Christian denominations and local Little Rock parishes are an active part of our community. The only requirement is an openness to learning more about Jesus Christ.

The material rotates regularly. We typically walk through a multi-week series of video presentations or live speaker talks focused on Scripture, faith, and practical daily application.

6:00AM: Doors open for a hot breakfast and informal fellowship.
6:15AM: The program begins with an opening prayer—a decade of the Rosary—followed by a video or live speaker (runs 20 to 30 minutes).
6:45AM: Small table groups open up for transparent, real-world discussion (runs about 30 minutes).
7:15AM: We close the morning with a final decade of the Rosary and dismissal.

The room breaks down into small, informal table groups consisting of about 7 or 8 men. This smaller setting ensures everyone has an opportunity to connect without feeling overwhelmed.

No. There is absolutely no pre-work, reading, or homework required. Sharing during the table discussions is entirely optional—you are welcome to just sit back, eat breakfast, and listen to your table until you feel comfortable.

Walk-ins are welcome anytime. The group is built to adapt to your life, so missing a week or two is no big deal. You are welcome to come in and out as your schedule allows.
However, once men start coming, they typically find the Friday morning routine so impactful that they quickly make it a high priority in their weekly calendar. As one attendee shares:
