Youth Faith Formation
Kindergarten – High School
This program serves our children in Kindergarten through High School who do not attend Catholic School. Our Sunday Faith Formation Program will prepare these students for their Sacraments.
2023-2024 Youth Faith Formation Registration for Students Entering Kindergarten through 12th Grade
You May Register in One of the Following Ways:

For those registering online, registration fees are due when signing up.
2. PAPER FORMS
Please print and complete the registration form and return it to the church office along with your registration fee.
