The National Pastoral Plan for Hispanic Ministry was approved by the National Conference of Catholic Bishops in November, 1987. This plan is addressed to the entire Church in the United States. It focuses on the pastoral needs of the Hispanic Catholic, but it challenges ALL Catholics as members of the Body of Christ . . .
